Party Links has assisted us in our two kids’ parties already and my husband and I together with my kids were impressed and glad that we made the right decision in getting them as our party planners. The team went an extra mile in helping us come up with parties that were within our budget and yet impressive, fun and unforgettable to all our guests. The hosts and artists given to us were the best but affordable. Even the decoration and lay-out of the venues we chose were impressive and unique. The cakes were enticing and definitely 'masarap'. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the program and the activities.

It’s really nice to hear compliments about the party from guests and definitely, WE DID.

About Us

The Party Links organizes kiddie parties, debuts, corporate events and other social events by cooking up the theme, décor, hosts, games, giveaways, and more.

It’s party planning like no other. We hear out your ideas and budget before giving our professional advice, so you’re not constrained to ready-made packages. We help you plan a party that’s your very own.

A little bit of history

Early 1998, sisters Ann and Jme pondered on the idea of setting-up a neighborhood business. Ann, a fresh grad, wanted something that would exploit her creative juices while Jme, a student, was itching to apply her marketing theories in the real world.

Party planning topped their list—inheriting their Mom’s passion for organizing parties for relatives, inaanaks and friends. And so, with their savings and some borrowed money, they set-up the Party Links and opened a shop in Project 6, Quezon City.

Party Links began with kiddie parties, organizing them for mostly friends and neighbors. More blessings came in the second year, this time from referrals of past customers. This included a full coordination of a debut, which started their services for turning ladies-to-be—“princesses” for a night.

Expanding steadily

In 2001, www.thepartylinks.com made information on services and packages available to busy mothers in their offices, as well as to overseas Filipinos who wanted to treat their pamangkins or inaanaks here in the Philippines.

Their customer-focused approach and attention to detail landed the sisters and their party store in local magazines Good Housekeeping (Nov 2001), Entrepreneur (Dec 2001) and Cosmopolitan (April 2002). Thankfully, these exposures brought the Party Links’ service beyond the boundaries of Quezon City, moreover, securing their first corporate event, the 2002 Christmas Party of Bristol Myers Squibb.

In 2003, a move to a more accessible location was inevitable. The Party Links moved to Mindanao Avenue where they are presently located. That same year, the party store got their first taste of wedding coordination—Ann’s own wedding. Learning by experience, they have since coordinated weddings of relatives and friends.

After eight years

Eight years on, the Party Links has had modest gains, expanding its services and organizing numerous joyous events. And aware of these blessings, the sisters host social programs and formation seminars of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel church in Project 6.

Though the thought of becoming the biggest party shop in the country with stores nationwide is still far-fetched, their actions and principles are indeed headed towards that direction. Fittingly in an interview, the sisters shared; “First, know what your customers want. If you know what they like and you can provide it, you can go the extra mile for them. Second, love the work. That helps sell the idea. You have to love it to be able to sell it.”
